Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is 25% of total trip amount

• Full Payment: Full trip payment can be paid in advance or on the day of the trip. Payment methods accepted include Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle

• Deposit Payment Deadline: The deposit must be paid on the day of the reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel your reservation with a full refund of your deposit if you provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled trip date.

• Weather Conditions: In the event of severe weather conditions, the Captain reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. Rescheduling will be offered at the Captain's discretion.

• No-Shows: If you fail to appear for your scheduled trip without prior notification, you will forfeit your deposit, and will be responsible for the full price of the planned charter. 

3. Trip Conduct

• Safety: All passengers must follow the Captain's instructions at all times for their safety and the safety of others on board.

• Drugs: The use of drugs are prohibited while on board the vessel.

• Children: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on board the vessel. Reel Adventures Fishing Charter is not responsible for the safety or supervision of any children.

4. Liability

Reel Adventures Fishing Charter and its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by you or any other person as a result of participating in a fishing charter, including but not limited to those arising from negligence, accident, or any other cause.
